Ruud into Open semis as No. 1 ranking still in play

Norway’s Casper Ruud continued his strong run this year in Grand Slam events, knocking off No. 13 Matteo Berrettini 6-1, 6-4, 7-6 (4) on Tuesday to reach the US Open semifinals.
